VIrtual 5k

On 11/17/18 we are organizing virtual 5k around the country to create awareness for Nemaline Myopathy.

This is how it works:

  • Make a $10 donation to help in our mission.
  • The first 80 runners get a Running  Tech shirt Unisex (we have 6 XS, 7 S, 18 M, 25 L, 25 XL, and 4 XXL.) Those are random  Tech shirts. First come, first serve.
  • Run your 5k anytime, anywhere during the day.
  • Post a pic on social media using the #virtual5kforstrength
  • Have FUN!

Apply for a t shirt.

We have limited Tech shirts, for the first 80 Runners that apply for the event. Shirts are a first come first serve base.

The Goal is to raise awareness for Nemaline Myopathy and funds for the go Luke Wygand Foundation Mission.
